the location was good for me as it was just next door to the metro station. got double room with a clean bathroom as expected. the staff was amicable and helpful, they were always available.

It would have been better to have an elevator available for guests with heavy bags or mobility challenges. It was a bit difficult for us senior folks to carry our big bags up the staircase.

I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Saint-Etienne La Terrasse for a family vacation and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was impeccably clean and despite its proximity to the road and railroad, we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from either cars or trains. The bunked beds in our room were a hit with my kids and added an extra touch of fun to our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Loved the "tartine" bar with its selection of fresh breads and spreads. The hotel had free WiFi, perfect for busy travelers like me. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the croissants and bacon!

So nice to carry my big bags up a staircase, truly a joyous experience. com! A lift would be too luxurious for peasants like me.
